Gressoney is made up of not one, but two charming Italian villages located in the heart of the Aosta Valley’s Monterosa ski resort. In both Gressoney-La-Trinité and Gressoney-Saint-Jean expect warm Italian hospitality, rich cultural tradition and excellent skiing in one of the largest ski areas in Italy. Enjoy access to the whole of the Monterosa Ski area, which champions some of the best Italian off-piste and beautifully scenic heli-skiing opportunities. Naturally, this ski terrain is suited to more experienced skiers. Alternatively, a more intimate ski experience can be found in Gressoney-Saint-Jean, with its own slopes and low woodland skiing.

Surrounded by the towering Dolomites, the scenery around Gressoney is second to none, including impressive views of Mont Blanc, the Gran Paradiso and the Matterhorn. For those who choose to heli-ski on Monte Rosa – Italy’s second highest mountain – the view is even better.
Gressoney is a fantastic option for those after a quieter and more laid-back mountain vibe. With a quiet après-ski scene but a well-established culinary tradition, Gressoney is a fantastic option for those looking for somewhere different that combines some great terrain with a charming ski resort.
